Where should we start: an audit, a project, or fractional RevOps?
Start with an audit when the underlying problem or priorities are unclear. Choose a fixed project for a defined implementation, migration, or integration. Choose fractional RevOps when you need ongoing strategy and hands-on delivery as priorities evolve.
How is Starter Setup different from Standard and Pro?
Starter Setup is a focused, one-month foundation build for one Sales Hub Starter or Marketing Hub Starter hub, with the option to add the second hub. Standard and Pro provide ongoing fractional RevOps capacity in one HubSpot portal.
What changes between Standard and Pro?
Standard moves one active priority forward at a time. Pro supports two active priorities in parallel. Both include strategy and hands-on execution; the difference is delivery capacity.
Which services can we use our monthly plan for?
Work can span RevOps strategy, HubSpot architecture, automation, integrations, AI systems, data and reporting, and training. The roadmap and queue determine what moves next. Larger implementations and migrations may need a separately scoped project.
What is an active priority—and does every request take 48 hours?
An active priority is a defined piece of work currently in delivery, such as a workflow, dashboard, or data cleanup. The plans list an average 48-hour delivery, not a deadline for every request. Complex work is broken into stages, with dependencies and timing agreed before delivery.
How does the onboarding price match work?
Share a current written HubSpot onboarding proposal. We compare the products, region, scope, and timeline, then confirm eligibility during proposal review. A comparable engagement includes senior RevOps strategy, system design, and practical post-launch enablement.
What is priced separately?
HubSpot subscription fees are paid directly to HubSpot. The published Standard and Pro rates cover one portal. Multi-portal environments and custom projects are scoped and priced before work begins.
Can we pause or cancel ongoing support?
Yes. Standard and Pro can be paused or cancelled as priorities and capacity change. Starter Setup is a fixed one-month engagement; custom projects follow their agreed scope and timeline.
